BAG POLICY: JAMZ is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all patrons, and the March Madness Bag Policy reflects that commitment.
Spectator Doors will open 1 hour before the competition’s start time
• No spectator bags or backpacks are permitted except for 1 small clear bag per person no larger than 12x12x6 (size of a one-gallon freezer bag) or 1 small clutch no larger than 9x5x2.
• Bags, backpacks, large purses, etc., are no longer permitted with the exception of bags carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children. Athlete & Coach bags entering through the athlete/coach entrance will be allowed.
• JAMZ is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all patrons. Guests should plan their arrival accordingly to allow ample time for the screening process.
Items Not Permitted Include:
◦ Animals, with the exception of trained disability service animals
◦ Artificial noisemakers
◦ Bottles, Cans or Coolers
◦ Glass
◦ Sealed or wrapped packages of any kind
◦ Selfie Sticks, monopods, tripods or telescopic devices
◦ Signs larger than 20" x 24"
◦ Weapons
• For security purposes, all bags are subject to search prior to entry for any event.
Parking:
$15 per vehicle at Venue/Town and Country
Free parking at Fashion Valley Mall (use walking bridge)
Parking Validation:
Keep/bring ticket received at parking entrance
Guard will be located inside Town and Country Foyer near ticket sales
